Customer Success Associate - Part Time

Summary of Position
The Customer Success Associate (CSA) engages in business-development calls for internal and external business-development campaigns. In addition to phone activity, the CSA engages potential clients of Outlook Business Solutions (OBS) via email, chat, and social-media channels. The CSA makes and takes business-development calls for internal and external campaigns and answers inquiries from callers who are interested in purchasing products and services from OBS, or one of its clients. The primary goal is to capture pertinent information to obtain new clients and maintain and build loyalty with current clients.

Summary of Position
Packaging finished paper products into cases as needed. Monitors the quality and quantity of all products produced. Operate the wrappers while maintaining high quality standards. Operate the palletizer while monitoring the conveyor lines.

Enrichment Program Director - Full Time

Summary of Position 
The Enrichment Program Manager plans and implements programs, projects, and partnerships to benefit people in our community whose lives are impacted by vision loss and blindness. The manager designs and develops innovative approaches to current and new programming that will expand the opportunities available to people with vision impairment and align with Outlook Enrichment’s mission. The manager proactively measures the outcomes of the programs and identifies opportunities for growth and improvement. This position manages program budgets and expenditures. The manager stewards Outlook Enrichment’s relationships with clients, client families, volunteers, and collaborating partners. The manager will lead the program implementation team and report to the Executive Director.
